Sanjay, this is brilliant! How I miss Maher's show, but at the end of a long work week staying up till 11:00pm on a Friday night to catch him live on HBO is a hard thing for me to do!

He makes some excellent points ofcourse...only recently I read that some city (was it New York)
has a program called "Racing for Recovery" which includes getting patients (people with dependency problems) to run the marathon or atleast short 5-km races and they have had some amazing results with it. Exercise really does work wonders and doctors are calling it the perfect antidote for addictions of any kind (overeating is included, I am sure) :)

Hi Lotus, thank you for your comment. I hear ya about the late night esp on Friday. I don't watch him that often either but there are often clips online and reruns during the week at a more reasonable hour.

I never manage to record the shows either mostly cos I am not sure I will ever have time to watch them.

Thank you for telling me about "Racing for Recovery", that is an excellent idea I think. Exercise does work wonders, I have to say it always gives me a second wind at the end of the day. I am afraid I have an addiction to working out. :) Now should I have to work out more to overcome this dependency of mine? :)

Just being silly. :)

Thank you for stopping by, I hope your day is off to a good start, have a great week ahead!

Oh yeah, I heard about your addiction to working out through the grapevine! Not sure you want a cure, it's a great addiction to have, wish I had it!
